Julien has a degree in economics (UCT) and an MBA (UCT) with an economics research thesis on the apple industry export value chain/ecology. He has 20 years experience in Research management, financial services and risk management where he has focused on innovation and business strategy. His work has combined data collection and data quality assurance in the innovation research arena and has led to incisive Analysis, original research & inspired publication/presentation. These provide valuable strategic and tactical inputs for evidence-based decision making by business, government, civil society organisations, investors, and other socio-economic stakeholders.
